What I like from today’s session
1. Boss / manager should talk to his team for what he has not done & make him done by talking him rigorously till he not following for two time & give notice for 3rd time.
2. Picture dialog… सिर्फ गहेरा सोचने से काम नहीं बनता But Need action.
3. Should manage not to get ghost report but put random system to cross check about sales team data.
4. Target data & forecast data shoukd not be same.
5. Put good manager in system or be prepare yourself with this role.
6. Industry standards are there for account, production & other department but for sales we have to develop.
7. Don’t merge but keep separate sales activities, sales objectives & sales results to better control & management of sales process.
8. Way of presenting in excel. Many times I am not getting time to put presentations in proper way. But I can use excel in very less time.
